​<How to use>

1) Product preparation  2) Preheat or Pre-cool the pack
3) Open the zipper to insert the pack  4) Wear it on the area of use

- When using a cold pack : Use a pack after cooling it in the freezer for more than 30 minutes.
- When using a warm pack : Microwave the pack for 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds before use. (We recommend that you warm it one minute at a time to set the appropriate temperature.)
